We ship to all 50 states, APO and internationally. All orders will be processed within two business days.

Return Policy's number one goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell, and take pride in offering great customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines and we will be happy to help you return your purchase.

First, contact us immediately. We will work with you to determine if the product should be returned for exchange or refund. Items sent back without prior approval will not be eligible for refund or exchange. All merchandise can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date:

  • In new, unused, and 100% saleable condition
  • Free of defects
  • With original tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • There is a 20% restock fee for all returned items.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We are careful to inspect every item before we send it out. However, if you believe you’ve received a defective product you must notify us within 72 hours of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. You must follow this policy to be eligible for a return as after that time we will only accept defective items at our discretion.

Returns are available for in-store credit only.

Clearance and sales items: ALL CLEARANCE ITEM SALES ARE FINAL. We unfortunately cannot offer returns, refunds or exchanges on these items.

How to return an item:
First, contact us immediately. We will provide you with a MRA (Material Return Authorization) number and instructions for returning your item(s). We will not accept returned items without a valid MRA on the outside of the packaging.
